A QUIETER WAY TO UNDERSTAND COFFEE.
Ground & Gauge
TOOL 03 / PLAN

What goes into a daily cup?

Estimate ingredients and, optionally, spread an equipment budget over your own planning period. Enter prices in one currency.

What this estimate includes.

Coffee cost is bag price ÷ bag weight × dose. Milk cost is liter price × serving milliliters ÷ 1,000. Monthly ingredients use a 30-day planning month. Optional equipment allocation divides the entered budget by the entered months; it is not accounting depreciation.

Defaults are example inputs, not current market prices. Water, power, filters, cleaning supplies, waste, repairs and financing are excluded. No café savings claim is made.
