A QUIETER WAY TO UNDERSTAND COFFEE.

GROUND & GAUGE

About Ground & Gauge

Coffee knowledge for ordinary mornings.

Why this publication exists

Ground & Gauge helps home coffee drinkers understand the drink, the equipment and the daily routine together. The aim is useful context: enough to make a choice, repeat a brew or ask a better question without turning every morning into a technical exercise.

What you will find

The Drink Atlas explains café drinks visually. Reference guides connect brewing, espresso, grinders, milk, taste and care. Tools translate your own inputs into recipes and planning estimates. The journal tackles individual decisions in more detail.

An honest starting point

This is a new publication. We have not completed an independent comparative equipment-testing program. Current guides are editorial explanations supported by linked references, not accounts of hands-on tests. Generated brand imagery is decorative and is never offered as evidence that a product was tested.
